My order never arrived.

Kindly refer to your order confirmation email for your tracking details. Should you experience any difficulty finding them, please don't hesitate to email us at lilpinetree@outlook.sg, providing your order information and number, and we'll gladly assist you.

Can i return my order if i change my mind?

No, unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please note that all purchases made are final. 

My order arrived Incomplete or Damaged.

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. Therefore we put in extra efforts in checking all items before mailing or shipping out. However, unforeseen circumstances do happen at times.

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect products/quantities, please reach out to us within 3 days of receipt, including clear images of the damage or incorrect items. Once confirmed, we will gladly arrange for a replacement if the item is available, or issue a full refund for the item's value if it is out of stock.

I am currently facing problems ordering in-stock items in the website.

Should you experience any difficulty adding items to your cart, it's usually an indication that the product is currently unavailable. Why is the price of an item different from when I added it to my shopping cart?

Please note that our prices are subject to change, which may include both temporary reductions and permanent increases. The price of an item in your cart at the time of checkout will always reflect the current amount you'll be charged. Do you offer self collection services?

While self-collection isn't available at the moment, we're pleased to offer two reliable delivery methods: Registered Postage and Door-to-Door Delivery. Please visit our Shipping Information page for more details on the associated costs.

For your online purchases, we're pleased to accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard payments, all securely processed through PayPal's platform. Please note that we are unable to accept ATM bank transfers at this time.

Looking to impress your loved ones? We're happy to assemble a thoughtful gift package for any special occasion, whether it's a baby shower, a new arrival, or a birthday. Simply let us know in the comment box at checkout that it's a gift and include your personal message – we'll take care of the rest!

For your recipient's convenience, we can issue a Gift Receipt if they need to exchange an item for a different size or color. Kindly note that this receipt is only valid for size and color exchanges, not for different items.

 

Mailing

To help ensure your order reaches you smoothly and without delay, please take a moment to double-check your details before confirming. If an item needs to be re-mailed due to an incorrect address, a re-postage fee will apply.
