My order never arrived.
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email at email@example.com, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we will help you out.
My order arrived Incomplete or Damaged.
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. Therefore we put in extra efforts in checking all items before mailing or shipping out. However, unforeseen circumstances do happen at times.
If the items are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect products or quantity, please contact us and provide the images of the Defect or Wrong items within 3 days of receiving the products. Once confirmed, we will arrange the replacement item to be send if it is still available, or offer a full refund of the item value If the product is out of stock.
I am currently facing problems ordering in-stock items in the website.
If you are having problem to cart out the items, chances are that the item is already out of stock. You may try to check the site periodically for updates on the availability of the product. Alternatively, you can send your enquiry to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Why is the price of an item different from when I added it to my shopping cart?
Prices are subject to change. Including temporary reductions as well as permanent increases. The prices of the item in your cart, represent the current price for which you will be charged. However if you need any help, please feel free to drop us a email at email@example.com
Do you offer self collection services
For now we only have 2 types of delivery options. Registered postage and Door to Door delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for the charges.
For online purchase, we accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard payment via Paypal's secure transaction platform. However, we do not accept ATM Bank Transfers.
We are able to put together a Gift for you to impressed your love ones for special occasion (Baby shower, Newborn, Birthday). All you need to do is drop us a message in the comment box to inform us is a gift with your sweet message, and leave the rest to us.
We are able to issue a Gift Receipt to your receiver, should they need to exchange for a different Size or Colors only. Please note that they are not able to exchange for a different item with the Gift Receipt.
Please always double check your particulars before confirming the orders to avoid delays in delivery due to an incorrect address. There will be a charges for re-mailing the items back to you according to the postage price.
Pricing stated in our online stores are all in Singapore Dollar (SGD). Delivery cost excluded. We reserve the right to adjust our price accordingly during any promotion period at our own discretion and without notice.
