Order Issue

My order never arrived.

Please refer to your order confirmation email for your tracking information. Should you encounter any difficulties locating it, kindly email us at lilpinetree@outlook.sg, providing details of your order and your order number, and we will gladly assist you further.

Can i return my order if i change my mind?

No, unfortunately we do not accept returns due to change of mind. All purchases are final. 

My order arrived Incomplete or Damaged.

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. Therefore we put in extra efforts in checking all items before mailing or shipping out. However, unforeseen circumstances do happen at times.

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect products/quantities, please reach out to us within 3 days of receipt, including clear images of the damage or incorrect items. Once confirmed, we will gladly arrange for a replacement if the item is available, or issue a full refund for the item's value if it is out of stock.

I am currently facing problems ordering in-stock items in the website.

If you are experiencing difficulties adding items to your cart, it is likely that the product is currently out of stock. Why is the price of an item different from when I added it to my shopping cart?

Prices are subject to change. Including temporary reductions as well as permanent increases. The prices of the item in your cart, represent the current price for which you will be charged. However if you need any help, please feel free to drop us a email at lilpinetree@outlook.sg

Do you offer self collection services

For now we only have 2 types of delivery options. Registered postage and Door to Door delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for the charges. 

 

Payment

For online purchase, we accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard payment via Paypal's secure transaction platform. However, we do not accept ATM Bank Transfers.

 

Gift Wrap

We are able to put together a Gift for you to impressed your love ones for special occasion (Baby shower, Newborn, Birthday). All you need to do is drop us a message in the comment box to inform us is a gift with your sweet message, and leave the rest to us.

We are able to issue a Gift Receipt to your receiver, should they need to exchange for a different Size or Colors only. Please note that they are not able to exchange for a different item with the Gift Receipt.

 

Mailing

Please always double check your particulars before confirming the orders to avoid delays in delivery due to an incorrect address. There will be a charges for re-mailing the items back to you according to the postage price. 

 

Pricing

Pricing stated in our online stores are all in Singapore Dollar (SGD). Delivery cost excluded. We reserve the right to adjust our price accordingly during any promotion period at our own discretion and without notice.
