Returns

Please be advised that finalized sales are non-refundable. However, we accept returns for eligible items, specifically defective or damaged products, within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly ensure you provide the original receipt or gift receipt for any return.

We encourage you to examine your order upon arrival. Should you notice any discrepancies, please submit your request to Lilpinetree@outlook.sg within 7 days. Our team will respond within 2-3 working days to address your concern and, if applicable, provide a full refund in the form of Shop Credits. Please understand that all returns are processed as Shop Credits, and we do not offer cash refunds.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been specifically personalized, or customized for you, as these orders are final once production begins. For the health and safety of all our customers, swimwear and intimate apparel are final sale and non-refundable. Please understand that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for washed items, as we are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the cleaning process. 

All items purchased during sales period are not eligible for Refunds, Returns and Exchanges.

 

Return Shipping Cost

We regret to inform you that return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our company. Kindly note that even if your initial order qualified for complimentary delivery, a postage and handling fee will be applied to any return shipment.

 

Steps To Return An Item

  • Kindly notify us within 7 days if you have any items that require a return.
  • Please mailed the item back to us within 3-5 working days of your notification. Only mailed packages to the confirmed address can be processed, as we are unable to accommodate drop-offs.
  • Please ensure the original receipt is sent along with the items you wish to return.
  • All items should be pack securely and returned unworn or unused, in their original condition with tags intact.
  • You will receive your refund within 5 to 7 working days once we've received the returned items. Alternatively, you may provide documentation proving the items have been shipped to expedite the process.
  • Should the returned items not be received in their original condition, a deduction may be applied to your refund to reflect the decrease in the item's value.
  • We highly recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for the value of the goods when returning your parcel, as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
